Brands Hatch could lose its biggest race of the year if a disagreement between owner Jonathan Palmer and WSB boss Paolo Flammini over sanctioning rights can't be put right.
And that means fans will only get to see the likes of Leon Haslam, Tommy Hill, Shane Byrne, Tom Syke and Jonathan Rea once in 2009 when the series comes to Donington Park.
It's believed Palmer and Flammini are at odds over the amount of money FGSport want to charge the track to hold the series' biggest race of the year.
