Britain's Craig Jones is looking to repeat his Czech Republic podium success from 2007 this weekend as the World Superbike Championship rolls into Brno.
The 5.403km track in the hills outside Brno was the location for Jones’s first World Supersport podium when he finished in second place last year. With new found vigour after topping the times sheets at the Vallelunga test in Italy, and with a second place at Misano last time out, Jones feels it's time to take his Parkalgar Honda up a notch.
Team manager Simon Buckmaster said: "This weekend is all about results; we have put the ground work in so it is now time for the results to reflect that. Last year Craig had his first podium finish at Brno so it is a good circuit for him and I’m sure that memory will keep him pushing harder and harder all weekend to get the win that he really deserves."
