Donington WSBK: Terol back in action for Althea

Former Moto2 hero Nico Terol will be back in action for Althea Ducati at this weekend’s Donington Park World Superbike round after a crash at Assen put him out of action.

The Spaniard broke his right wrist in the fall but he says he is now ready for action, after having to watch Michel Fabrizion ride his bike, at a circuit where he raced on a 125GP machine back in 2005.

“I’m impatient for Donington Park after the accident in Holland. I’ve finished my rehabilitation and am continuing to gain strength in my wrist, I feel quite good,” said Terol.

“To stop for a month and miss the team’s home round was hard but the only important thing was to try to get back in shape as soon as possible. I can’t wait to get back on my Ducati, and above all see my team; they’ve all been really supportive over these last weeks.”
