Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone has become the lastest in a line of creditors to begin legal action against the beleagured Portimao circuit owners Parkalgar.
Ecclestone is suing the company for £2.66M (€3.2m) and his is the largest suit but there are currently 13 others trying to reclaim money for non-payment of goods and services. Boss Paula Pinheiro has said arrangements have been made with all claimaints which leaves six of seven pending cases.
