Huddersfield's Tom Sykes has spent today getting a feel for the 2012 Kawasaki World Superbike contender alongside team-mate Joan Lascorz at Valencia today.

Details on the bike, and what changes have been made, are sketchy as it the exact nature of the team now that Paul Bird Motorsport are no longer involved. Both riders are using carbon bodywork and were being chased round the track by Sheridan Morais and Kenan Sofuoglu on the ZX-6R Supersport bikes.
