Honda Racing’s Nicky Hayden has been forced to miss the Jerez WorldSBK test after twisting his knee while flat-track training.

The former MotoGP star has flown back to America to undergo further medical examinations today, which will give a complete diagnosis on the extent of the injury, before any decision regarding medical procedure is taken.
