Kawasaki’s Alex Lowes will work on corner-exit strategies at the Jerez WorldSBK test, an area which he has highlighted to make improvements during 2021.
The Derby-based rider will also have some suspension items from Showa to try should it say dry for the two days - which is not looking very likely tomorrow.
“I have some items that I tested at Aragon and then the swingarm and electronics that I need to keep working on. Corner exit is an area we have highlighted to improve this pre season, I know if it’s dry we have couple of options from Showa to help,” said Lowes.
“Obviously we have a new package for 2021 and my target this week is to confirm two or three things we did not get to work on during the second day at the previous test in Aragon. We will pick up where we left off there and work through it, getting back into riding again.
“Time always feels a lot longer than it actually is when you are not on the bike and I can’t wait to get out there. Just as much as riding the bike I am looking forward to getting back with my guys, working with them and getting properly back into it for 2021.”
