Bosses at the new Mandalika circuit in Indonesia have stated the main circuit and infrastructure work is now complete - which is handy seeing as WorldSBK is due to visit there in just six weeks’ time.
The track, which is situated on the island of Lombok, will host WorldSBK in the country for first time since 1997. It had previously been held at Sentul.
“The main work and circuit infrastructure are complete. Now, we are focusing on the operational aspects, including deploying the circuit staff and medical team as well as ensuring that we have adequate equipment,” Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA) CEO Ricky Baheramsjah said.
So there.
