KRT’s Jonathan Rea claimed the inaugural WorldSBK pole position at Navarra on Saturday morning with a 1’36.122 to hold off title rival Scott Redding.
The Kawasaki rider secured his seventh consecutive Superpole of the season with Ducati’s Redding just 0.093s away from the championship leader in the dying seconds. Tom Sykes rounding out the all-important front row, four-tenths off the pace.
