WorldSBK spec-tyre supplier Pirelli will take two new development options to this weekend's Misano race.
In all riders have available six slick race solutions: three front and three rear. At the front, two of the three uoop used in Aragón and Estoril, which is the standard SC1 in soft compound and the development SC1 Z0628 in soft compound.
In addition, riders will have available a new development SC1 A0508 that features a new softer compound, to maximise grip and front-end feeling, especially during mid-corner phase.
For the rear, riders will have available two standard solutions plus one new option. There will be the standard super soft SCX and standard soft SC0 tyres, and the third option will be the new development SCX A0557, which uses the same compound as the standard SCX but has a new structure that improves stability and support during acceleration.
In addition to these three racing solutions, Pirelli confirms the qualifying super soft solution in the Y0449 specification, used successfully in Aragon and Estoril, with each rider having access to two tyres.
