In mixed weather conditions, Hill tried a variety of suspension settings to try and solve a problem had with the rear tyre setup and managed to get to the bottom of it.
“I was able to ride only for few laps yesterday because of the morning’s bad weather conditions. In afternoon session the team put in a significant effort trying to the solve the rear problem we found on my bike during these tests," said the Atlhea Honda man.
"Unfortunately there was not enough time to check the work we have done. In any case I’m happy because now we know this problem and we know how we can solve it.
"In the last session we tested also various suspension settings in order to improve handling and balance. I’m very happy to be in Superbike with this team and I’m confident we’ll reach good results during the upcoming season.”
