Stiggy Honda's Leon Haslam reckons he ran our of time at the Portugese World Superbike tests and needs to do some more work at the upcoming Phillip Island session.
Although Haslam had three days on track, it was interrupted by rain and the former HM Plant Honda man spent a lot of the times evaluating new parts.
"I'm really happy with today even though conditions were very mixed and we had to try out an all new Superpole qualifying. We also managed a couple of good runs in the dry today and that worked out really well," said Haslam.
" We have been trying many new things on the bike and even though this was a three day test, it felt like we sort of ran out of time. I have to say the team is working really well and the bike is improving all the time. Now I'm looking forward to our next test and hopefully getting more good work done before the first race."
