Former Aprilia Superteen Champion and CEV Moto3 contender Fraser Rogers will contest a full World Supersport season in 2014 after signing for the Complus SMS team.
Rogers (17) year old from Chippenham, won the Aprillia Superteens Championship in 2008 in his rookie year, rode the 2009 Red Bull Rookies whilst racing and winning the Thundersport GB GP3 Championship.
In 2010, with backing from the Racing Steps Foundation, Fraser competed in the British 125GP Championship finishing sixth overall and third in the integral U17s ACU Academy Cup. The 2011 and 2012 seasons saw Rogers compete in the Spanish CEV Buckler 125GP and Moto 3 Championship respectively.
Funding issues in 2013 saw Rogers race a wild card at Silverstone with the Pata European Junior Cup and the FIM World Supersport Championship in Jerez.
“I am extremely grateful to Complus SMS Racing and Jan Saska for giving me the opportunity to ride with them in Jerez at the last round. I am very confident, that we have the potential to be in the top ten next season. This is a new era for me, the winter test in January in Spain and Philip Island in February will allow me time to get used to the Honda," said Rogers.
