Silverstone WSBK: Vermeulen sidelined once again

PBM Kawasaki's Chris Vermuelen has once again been ruled out of action and will not take to the track for tomorrow's opening Silverstone World Superbike sessions.

The Australian former MotoGP rider had a spill at Brno and team says he has ben advised to sit out the British round in order to be fit for the Nurburgring. YOu wonder if we will see Vermeulen on a Kawasaki again this year…

"Chris Vermeulen will not be racing at Silverstone as a fall at Brno cut short his raceday in the Czech Republic and he has been advised to sit this meeting out to be fully race fit for the next WSBK round at the Nürburgring on September 4," said a spokesman.
