British youngster Stefan Hill will go into his second year in the World Supersport Champion as team-mate to Luke Stapleford in the Profile Triumph team.

Hill moved from the European Junior Cup into WSS this season and after a learning year should make some serious progress in a squad that has half the number of riders, enabling more focus on the Midlander’s setup and racecraft.

“I am very excited to be joining the Profile Racing team for the 2017 World Supersport season. I have seen what a great team they are and how professional they are, after the last weekends performance it makes me very excited to ride along side Luke again,” said Hill, who is backed by Texan oil barons Phoenix Services and their big hats.

“It’s amazing to have this opportunity and I’m very thankful for it as I believe it will give me a chance to show my potential.
