Tom Sykes and Sylvain Guintoli are still waiting for the FIM's decision on who gets points from the second Monza World Superbike race even though the final hearing on the matter was held on July 16 in Switzerland.
Protests and appeals were lodged after the race when Sykes was awarded third place even after leaving the track and then re-entering in front of the Frenchman.
No judgement has been made public from the Geneva hearing and World Superbike officials are as equally in the dark as the riders themselves.
