Loris Baz is eager and ready for his second stand-in ride at Go Eleven Ducati this weekend as WorldSBK heads to Portimao for the final of the triple header.
After achieving two top 10 results on his return to the championship - replacing the injured Chaz Davies as he heals from broken ribs - the Frenchman is looking forward to another go at one of his favourite tracks.
"Another weekend of pure fun awaits us!” Baz said ahead of round 11. “A beautiful track, which I have always liked. This time I know what to expect in FP1, so I will try to start immediately with a good feeling, we will try to repeat last week's work.
“For tomorrow I have the goal of doing a lot of laps and continuing to adapt to the Pirellis, then maybe try two or three things on the bike to solve some difficulties faced in Jerez. I will give it my all to make another strong and solid weekend!"
