Britain's Alex Lowes has been ruled out for the remainder of the weekend's Portimao WorldSBK weekend after doctors declared him unfit.

The Kawasaki man finished second on the timesheets yesterday but after a check on the wrist he injured at Catalunya, medics puilled the plug.
