Federico Caricasulo and Motozoo Racing Team part ways

Gold & Goose

After a year and a half together, the Motozoo Racing Team and Federico Caricasulo parted ways.

Approaching the midway point of the 2025 World Supersport Championship season, ninth-year WorldSSP rider Federico Caricasulo and his Motozoo Me Air Racing Team announce that they will no longer be racing together.

The MV Agusta factory-supported team and the Italian rider worked together for a year and a half before calling it quits, ahead of the Misano World Superbike Round.

During their time together, Caricasulo claimed one podium finish as he finished in second in Race One at Magny-Cours in 2024.

Last season, the Italian finished seventh in the World Supersport Championship, but after a rotten start to 2025, Caricasulo is 16th in the standings after five rounds.

"We sincerely thank Federico for his dedication, professionalism, and the achievements we reached together," said Team Manager Fabio Uccelli.

"He has been a reference point for us and played a crucial role in the technical and sporting growth of the team. We wish him all the best for the future, both on and off the track."

In their official press release, Motozoo Racing Team said, "Motozoo ME Air Racing Team now continues its path in the World Supersport Championship with renewed determination, driven by the experience gained and the ambition to keep growing among the top contenders of the category.

"The name of the rider who will replace Federico Caricasulo will be announced in the coming days. The new team member will join starting from Misano."
