At the UK World Superbike Round, Kyle Ryde will line up on the BMW F 900 R Cup grid for the first time.
Reigning British Superbike Champion, Kyle Ryde, will wildcard in the ROKiT OFF BMW F 900 R Cup at Donington Park.
The series will run as a support class at the UK Round of the 2025 World Superbike Championship in July.
Currently, the OMG Nitrous Competitions Racing rider sits second in the British Superbike Championship on his Yamaha R1, but will make his debut in the one-make BMW series, aiming to fight at the front alongside the series regulars.
"I had a quick go on an F 900 R Cup bike at a track day in Valencia and thought these bikes were great fun," said Ryde.
"Donington Park is my favourite track and I love riding any bike around there. The opportunity to ride as a wildcard at the WorldSBK round presented itself, and with the blessing from my OMG Nitrous Competition team, Alan Gardner and Paul Curran, I was desperate to have a go and join in the fun.
"A big thanks to my team and I can’t wait to get involved."

The F 900 R Cup has seen a number of high-profile wildcards participate in the series, including former WorldSBK Champion Troy Corser, three-time BSB Championship winner Niall Mackenzie, and former Superbike rider James Ellison.
