American racer Gus Rodio will wildcard in the Pirelli National Sportbike Championship

At Donington Park and Brands Hatch, Gus Rodio will wildcard in the Pirelli National Sportbike Championship.

American racer Gus Rodio will return to the Bennetts British Superbike Championship paddock, as he joins the luxeStar VIP Suzuki squad in the Pirelli National Sportbike Championship.

Rodio will compete as a wildcard entry at Donington Park and Brands Hatch with MP Racing's Suzuki GSX-8R.

Rodio first debuted in the British paddock in 2022 with an impressive debut in the Junior Supersport class at Brands Hatch, finishing in the top four.

Since his last appearance in the British paddock, the 19-year-old has gone on to claim multiple wins in MotoAmerica's Twins Cup. As well as successful campaigns in 2023, 2024, and 2025 in the MotoAmerica Supersport class on his Rodio Racing Ducati V2.

"I’ve always loved the energy of the BSB paddock, there’s nothing quite like it," Rodio said.

"I'm looking forward to racing at Donington Park, and I’m pumped to be back with luxeStar VIP Suzuki. We’re here to push hard, have fun, and leave a mark."
