Alastair Seeley will re-join the Dickies British Supersport battle at this weekend's Brands British Superbike round after signing a deal with MV Agusta UK.
Seeley is a race and championship winner in the class but has never competed on the Italian marque so will have quite a bit of work to do in free practice tomorrow.
"It's good to be back in sSupersport on a bike which already won races and wascompetitive last year," said Seeley.
"MV is a new manufacturer for me and it will be great to spice things us and go for the podium from the off.
I can’t wait to get started tomorrow. Thanks to everyone that has helped me and thanks to GR Motorsport for the season so far,"
Team boss Dave Tyson added: "It's great to sign a proven winner for the rest of the year, as we know Alistair is a real competitor in this class and I’m sure he will be at the front once he’s settled in with the team and the bike."
