Tsingtao Kawasaki’s Pirelli National Superstock 1000 series leader Danny Buchan says that a move into the MCE British Superbike is what he needs to further his career next season but he hasn’t put pen to paper with any teams.
The entirely-too-tall Nando’s botherer believes he has what it takes to make a move back into the premier class and says he is open to talk with teams to see what can be packaged together for 2015.
“I really only have a choice between BSB and European Superstock and I want to remain in Britain and race in Superbikes as that is the next logical step,” said Buchan, speaking to bikesportnews.com on his way to ‘the gym’.
“I am open to discussions with teams in BSB as I am a British riders and would rather stay in this country and try to progress to the top of the tree here before moving on to the world stage. BSB is the best Superbike series in the world and I want to be a part of it next season.”
