Oulton BSB: Sissis storms to impressive Stock 600 victory

Moto-Breakers Kawasaki’s Arthur Sissis eased his way to a dominant debut Pirelli National Superstock 600 win.

The Aussie, starting 17th on the grid, gambled with his tyres and decide to throw a dry rear in despite the sketchy conditions. However, the Aussie called it right, overcoming over a six second gap to the front to hit the lead at the halfway point.

He eventually took the chequered flag a whopping 11.142 seconds clear of the second place man, championship leader Dan Stamper.

Allied Racing’s Stamper went for a similar tyre selection to Sissis and the podium finish saw him extend his championship lead to 23 points.

The man 23 points adrift got the final podium spot; Tom Oliver on his SGR Yamaha grabbed his second podium visit of the season.

Diamond Racing’s Bradley Perie ended fourth, despite being pressured in the final laps by both Joe Sheldon-Shaw and Ryan Vickers.

Irishman Kevin Keyes got his best ever result in the class in seventh, before Tim Neave, Daniel Drayton and Aaron Clarke rounded out the top ten.
