Former Grand Prix rider Fraser Rogers has signed a two-year deal with the Tsingtao MV Agusta squad and will get his first ride out at this weekend’s MCE British Superbike round in the Pirelli National Superstock 600 class.

Rogers, who has been without a ride so far this year, tested with the team on Thursday and signed up almost immediately. His first race will be at Oulton Park.

This is a great opportunity for me after not really knowing what I was going to be doing this year. The bike is super-competitive, Luke Jones rode a stock bike in Supersport at brands and got a podium on it. I need to get up to speed fast and repay Dave, Nick and the team for this amazing opportunity,” said Rogers.
