Three-man 2026 line-up confirmed for Honda BSB Superstock team

British Superbike Championship

The JR Performance Honda team has announced three riders for its 2026 BSB Superstock season.

Josh Owens secured eight podiums during his first season with the team in 2025, finishing third in the standings, and returns for a second campaign in 2026 aboard the CBR1000RR-R in 2026.

“I am really happy to announce that I am staying with JR Performance for 2026 and I am looking forward to getting back on the bike and back up to speed, working with everyone again,” Owens said.

“A massive thanks to CFS for jumping onboard too this season and I am looking forward to getting back on track and hopefully starting the year as we finished last season, and push on in the championship.”

Owens is joined on the JR Performance team by Finley Arscott, who was seventh in last year’s BSB Superstock series; and Harrison Crosby who was 17th in his rookie Superstock season, securing a best result of 10th.

“I’m very excited and grateful to be continuing with JR Performance this year; it’s great to have the continuity after a strong second season together,” said Arscott.

“I feel very at home and it’s important to surround yourself with good people, and I definitely feel at home with Joe [Richardson, team principal] and the team.

“Together we are looking to push the goals and aims further and I can’t wait to get stuck in.”

Crosby added: “I am really looking forward to my fourth year with the team. It’s good to go into the year with everything feeling like home. I am hoping with knowledge we can get straight to work and improve on the areas we already know are not my strongest points.

“I really believe that me and the team can be successful this year with all of Joe’s knowledge and experience, along with some valuable lessons I learnt after a tricky season last year.

“I am very excited to get going, it’s been a long old winter and I am ready to blow the cobwebs off.”

For JR Performance Team Principal Joe Richardson, continuing with the same rider line-up as in 2025 is an important aspect of the team’s 2026 campaign.

“As Team Principal, I’m incredibly proud to confirm that we’ll be keeping the same three fantastic riders for the 2026 season,” he said.

“Continuity is a powerful thing in this sport. The chemistry between our riders and crew has been building season after season, and the progress we’ve made together speaks for itself.

“These three not only have exceptional talent on track, but they represent the values, work ethic, and unity that define our team.

“Stability gives us momentum. Momentum gives us results.

“We believe in this line-up, we believe in our direction, and most importantly, we believe the best is still to come in 2026.”
