Former 250cc and double World Superbike Champion Max Biaggi will be back in action at Mugello tomorrow when he will begin a two-day test of the Aprilia ART MotoGP bike.

And the 40-something Roman is apparently pushing for a wildcard at the upcoming Misano World Superbike round in June.

Biaggi confirmed the test on Twitter, saying: “Monday Aprilia Open test at Mugello. It will be exciting to get on it almost two years since the last race.”
