Spanish MotoGP star Sete Gibernau has been forced to withdraw from the upcoming MotoGP test at Qatar because doctors have recommended a month's rest.
The Ducati rider's demanding training programme has caused a slight ligament tear in his left shoulder that will require a period of complete rest. Doctor Ginebreda Marti diagnosed the injury and has recommended "rest, in particular from physical exertion in order to avoid further injury."
