'I want to have clarity about my future soon' - Jack Miller pushes Yamaha to decide its 2026 line-up

Gold & Goose

Jack Miller is searching for 'clarity' from Yamaha about his future in the Grand Prix paddock sooner rather than later.

At the start of the 2025 MotoGP season, Jack Miller re-joined the Pramac Racing squad on a one-year deal with Yamaha.

However, in recent months, many rumours have circulated around Miller's future in the MotoGP paddock. But the Australian is growing tired of waiting and wants 'clarity' over his future in the Grand Prix paddock.

"Wait, wait, wait, we're still assessing our situation and what to do," Miller said in an interview with Speedweek.com.

"I have a few offers on the table, but my goal is to stay with Yamaha. I enjoy riding the M1 and am looking forward to the updates that will come. I don't want to lose that.

"At the same time, I don't want to wait until November and want to have clarity about my future soon."

In recent weeks, there have been growing rumours that could see Miller leave the Pramac Racing garage of the factory Monster Energy Yamaha squad.

But Miller did not officially confirm or deny the rumours; instead, he claimed that his 'priority' is to stay in the Pramac garage.

"I don't know," he stated.

"My first priority is to stay with Pramac. I love the team and the atmosphere. My main goal right now is to stay there. We'll have to wait and see what happens."

Finally, Miller confirmed that he would be interested in a switch to the World Superbike Championship if the opportunity to stay in MotoGP does not appear for 2026.

"Sure! I enjoy racing motorcycles," he explained.

"On the other hand, I also have a family. I spent almost 20 years of my life away from Australia, and I miss home.

"My priority, however, is to stay in MotoGP and improve my results until I retire at some point, then we'll see."
