The American Racing Team and Joe Roberts will enter their fifth year together after extending their deal for 2026.
Joe Roberts will remain in Moto2 with the American Racing Team after signing a contract extension with the team for 2026.
The Californian first raced for the team in the 2019 Moto2 World Championship, before taking his first podium and pole positions with the team in 2020.
After his initial two years with the team, Roberts moved to the Italtrans Racing Team, where he stayed for three years and claimed his maiden Moto2 race win.
The 2023 season was a difficult year for Roberts and saw him decide to return to American Racing for 2024.
Since his return to the American Racing Team, he has had one race win and three further podiums, and was in contention for the Trackhouse Racing MotoGP seat.
So far in the 2025 season, Roberts has a best result of seventh place at the Aragon Grand Prix and sits 16th in the Moto2 World Championship.
