Maverick Vinales has been declared fit for the final round of the 2025 MotoGP season and will 'go all in'.
After missing the last four Grands Prix, Maverick Vinales is returning this weekend for the 2025 MotoGP season finale at Valencia.
The Spaniard has been dealing with a shoulder injury since qualifying at the German Grand Prix, and has missed eight Grands Prix so far this year.
Vinales confirmed that he has been training ahead of his MotoGP return, but still notices the difference between the left and right sides of his body on the bike.
"I am feeling better, I am feeling better," Vinales told MotoGP.com on Thursday ahead of the Valencian Grand Prix.
"Especially because I rode my training bikes, and I got back to the level I was at. Obviously, there is still a difference between left and right. So, I don't know how this is going to feel with the MotoGP [bike] because you need more strength.
"But I feel that the speed I had is back, which is very important."
Vinales confirmed that he has been riding his 600cc and 1000cc bikes before this weekend, but does not know if it will translate to the MotoGP bike.
"I have done work with the 600, and the 1000, even yesterday I was on the 600," he explained.
"So, I feel fast, I feel quite fast, so I need to understand if I can bring this across to the MotoGP bike."
Finally, he stated that he sat out the Portuguese Grand Prix so he could 'go all in' this weekend for the MotoGP season finale.
"I did not ride at Portimao to save energy for Valencia, so I will go all in," he stated.
"I will go full energy in Valencia, I think we can do a good job. We need to see how the shoulder feels after one day.
"But I am convinced that the strength is enough."
