Red Bull Ajo MotoGP 125cc rider Danny Kent nabbed another point-scoring finish at Barcelona today while fellow Brits Danny Webb and Harry Stafford crashed out on the first lap.
The pair tangled as they tipped into the second corner and neither could get their bikes to start after hauling them out of the gravel. Kent, meanwhile, rode a consistent race to slowly make his way through the pack after dropping back to 18th from the start. He moved into tenth place in the final laps but was shuffled back to 11th on the last circulation.
After a hard battle, Johan Zarco nabbed the win across the line but pushed Nico Terol onto the grass exiting the last turn. He was then penalised 20 seconds for the move which dropped him down to sixth.
This handed the win to Terol and promoted Maverick Vinales to second in front of his team's main sponsor Paris Hilton while Jonas Folger is bumped up to third. Taylor Mackenzie and wildcard John McPhee both came in to change tyres after starting on wets and finished two laps down.
