MotoGP Germany: Kent bags ninth; heartbreak for Stafford

Red Bull Ajo's Danny Kent bagged another top ten results in the German MotoGP 125cc race at the Sachsenring this morning finishing in ninth place just behind team-mate Jonas Folger and Sandro Cortese with whom he battled for the whole race.

But it was heartbreak for fellow Brit Harry Stafford who was sitting in 14th place for two points into the last corner but collided with Adrian Martin on the last corner of the final lap, and both went down handing the place to Mahindra's Danny Webb.

Amazingly, at the front, Hector Faubel was given the win after he and Johan Zarco finished dead level, the timing couldn't split them and neither could the video replays so the Spaniard was handed victory as he had the fastest lap of the two. Fourth British rider Taylor Mackenzie crashed out of the race early on.
