Reigning MotoGP World Champion Marc Marquez has ditched the 2015 Repsol Honda RC213V and will continue to use the current model until the end-of-season tests at Valencia.

The youngster, who is looking at a 12th race win at Misano this weekend to equal Mick Doohan’s 1997 record, turned in a few laps at Brno on the new bike but has shelved it until November.

“I try in Brno the 2015 bike and I like it a lot. I saw the positives were good and I enjoy it with that few laps that I did but we decide we will continue with this bike and we will try the 2015 at the Valencia test,” said Marquez, speaking at Misano.
