Toprak Razgatlioglu claimed his 20th win of the 2025 World Superbike season with an impressive ride at Estoril.
After smashing the World Superbike lap record at Circuito Estoril in the Superpole session, Toprak Razgatlioglu went on to win the opening race of the weekend.
The Turkish rider secured his 20th win of the season in a dominant style as he managed the gap between himself and Nicolo Bulega, who was in second place.
However, Razgatlioglu was still unhappy with the feeling from his BMW M1000RR at some corners around the Portuguese circuit.
"He started catching me, but I was pushing very hard," Razgatlioglu told TNT Sports after Race One at Estoril.
"Also, I felt at some corners the bike was not really good. But I did not feel it after a few laps because I was pushing so hard.
"In the middle of the race, Nicolo [Bulega] had more grip than me; he started to catch me, and on one lap I made a mistake. But once he started sliding, I realised we were at the same level.
"After that, I started riding a little bit better. Finally, I win again, but we have two more races. So, we will see tomorrow."
There are two races on Sunday, in which Razgatlioglu will be determined to beat his title rival Bulega. The Turkish rider has revealed that he will make changes overnight before the Superpole Race.
"For this race, I changed something, but it is still not 100%," he admitted, "but tomorrow I will try a different setup again."
