Toprak Razgatlioglu has revealed his 'biggest dream' for his final year in the World Superbike paddock before he moves to MotoGP.
Ahead of the Pirelli Emilia-Romagna World Superbike Round, Toprak Razgatlioglu spoke about his confirmed move to MotoGP in 2026.
The Turkish rider was able to discuss his feelings ahead of leaving the World Superbike paddock as he makes his way into the Grand Prix paddock.
"On one side, I feel sad, but on the other side I am so happy," Razgatlioglu told WorldSBK.com.
"I am sad because I feel like the Superbike paddock is like my family, I have spent many years riding here. I know everyone, I am really happy in the Superbike paddock.
"Now I will follow my dream and move to the MotoGP paddock, I am really happy for this, but on the other side it is a little bit sad."
After winning two titles, one with Yamaha and one with BMW, Razgatlioglu has stated that his 'biggest dream for this year' is to enter MotoGP as a three-time World Superbike Champion.
"This is my biggest dream for this year," he stated.
"We are still fighting for the title with Bulega, we are not so far behind, only 31 points, there are many more races.
"I hope we can get the title this year because I have signed for MotoGP, this is my last year with BMW, and I need to give something to BMW before my move to MotoGP."
Ahead of this weekend's races at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, Razgatlioglu has set his sights high as he wants to repeat his 2024 results and complete a hat-trick at Ducati's home track.
"This year everything is different," Razgatlioglu explained.
"We are fighting for the good positions sometimes, and sometimes for the win. Ducati is very strong at this track, but we did a good test, and we worked so hard. The feeling is not so bad, it is just the hot conditions are difficult for me, but I am ready to fight with Ducati and everyone.
"My target for this weekend is three wins, like last year, but we will see I am just focused on winning the race."
