A perfect hat-trick in Misano allowed Toprak Razgatlioglu to slash into Nicolo Bulega's Championship lead.

Toprak Razgatlioglu was back on top at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli as he dominated Race One, the Superpole Race and Race Two.

This completed the two-time World Superbike Champions' second hat-trick of victories this season. After the bitter disappointment of losing to Nicolo Bulega in the final race at Most, he was able to respond this weekend.

Razgatlioglu has now been able to close Bulega's Championship lead from 31 points down to nine after three races.

"I am really happy," he told TNT Sports after the final race of the weekend at Misano.

"I was pushing really hard, I was focusing on my pace, and I did many 1:33's. I am happy, I knew Nicolo [Bulega] was starting from tenth, so immediately I was pushing at my pace.

"There were some very strong lap times at the very end of the race, on Lap 20, I did a 1:33.8 again, this is a really strong pace. I slowed before the last lap because I had a margin!

"I am happy, because this weekend I was not at 100%, but I had things under control. Thanks to my team, every session we were able to improve the bike.

"I am looking forward to Donington Park, it is my favourite track, so we will see there."

There are six rounds and 18 races left of the 2025 World Superbike Championship, and Razgatlioglu fully believes that the 2025 BMW M1000RR can win the title, even with its issues.

"We still have problems, but I try to manage them in the race," he admitted.

"I still have the chattering, and I am not happy with every corner. But I have this package, I don't have a different bike, I just try to find a way to ride the best as possible.

"I am always focused like this, and I need to show my best with this package. I just push so hard every race weekend."
