Toprak Razgatlioglu topped both days of the WorldSBK Misano test, held ahead of the fourth round of the 2024 season at the same venue on 14-16 June.
Day 2
After topping the first day of the Misano test, Toprak Razgatlioglu repeated the feat on the second day, beating Jonathan Rea to the top spot.
Razgatlioglu had two bikes at the test, and locked out the top two spots in the overall times with them. His fastest time was a 1:32.535, but he also set a 1:32.918 on his second bike.
On the first day, Razgatlioglu had been joined in the 1:32s by Nicolo Bulega, but he was alone in lapping below the 1:33 barrier on Day 2.
Jonathan Rea was second-fastest on the Yamaha R1, finding a small amount of time over his Day 1 best of a 1:33.206 by setting a 1:33.113 - faster than Razgatlioglu's race lap record from 2023's Superpole Race.
Behind Rea came the factory Ducatis, with Nicolo Bulega in third and Alvaro Bautista fourth, although perhaps more concerning for the reigning champion was his trio of crashes. Andrea Locatelli was fifth-fastest on the second factory Yamaha.
Remy Gardner was sixth, further confirming the performance offered by the R1 in Misano, while Kawasaki's Alex Lowes was seventh. Dominique Aegerter was the fourth Yamaha inside the top 10 in eighth place, ahead of Michael van der Mark and Tito Rabat who completed the top 10.

Day 1
Toprak Razgatlioglu was fastest on the first day of the WorldSBK Misano test, beating Alvaro Bautista and Nicolo Bulega.
Razgatlioglu was one of only two riders into the 1:32s, with Nicolo Bulega the other. For reference, last year's pole record was a 1:33.017 set by Alvaro Bautista, and the fastest race lap was set last year by Razgatlioglu at a 1:33.174 in the Superpole Race.
Bautista was just outside his pole time of last year but inside the race record with is best time of the day, a 1:33.151.
That put the reigning champion third-fastest, ahead of Jonathan Rea in fourth and Alex Lowes who rounded out the top five.
Danilo Petrucci was back in WorldSBK action for the first time since his motocross crash that kept him out of the Dutch Round. The Italian ended the day in 13th.
