Ducati's Valentino Rossi will tomorrow try another setup change used by Nicky Hayden in this afternoon's dry MotoGP free practice session in order to make up the six-tenths of a second he is losing in two corner.

The Doctor is struggling through the Becketts and Maggots part of the circuit, and is sacrificing six-tenths of a second in half a kilometre compared to his team mate but he will try a change that Hayden dialled in late on to sort out the issues tomorrow.

"On one part, on the exit from turn nine and entry to turn ten after the old start, for me it is impossible to stay with the full throttle and compared to Nicky I lose six-tenths in 500 metres. I have also two or three points where it is very difficult, on the old part the two fast rights I am also very slow," said Rossi, speaking to bikesportnews.com this afternoon.

"It is difficult to understand the line so out target tomorrow is to try to close the gap to Nicky. We ave modified the weight distribution of the bike and is better. Nicky at the end make another modify and he go faster so we will try tomorrow.

"This morning, in the wet, we were very good, very competitive and we can do a good result. This track is very difficult, very technical and you need to have a good experience because in the fast part where the corner is blind the braking point is from memory and because it is high speed, you can lose a lot of time."
