Results from the race at the 2026 Moto2 Aragon Grand Prix at MotorLand Aragon.

Alonso Lopez took his first victory in over two years in the Moto2 race at Aragon, leading every lap to beat Izan Guevara by 0.8 seconds.

Guevara was closing in on Lopez on the final lap, but David Alonso - who had moved forwards from outside the top-six in the first part of the race to be in victory contention by the end - tried to pass him at turn eight, and the ensuing battle gave Lopez half-a-second or so which could not be closed in the remaining half-a-lap.

Alonso tried a second time to take second place from Guevara, this time at turn 16, but he ran wide and Guevara squared him off and beat him to the line.

Senna Agius spent most of the first half of the race staring at Alonso's rear tyre when they were seventh and eighth, but eventually moved forward to finish fourth, just beating Ivan Ortola.

Manuel Gonzalez started the race well, but dropped back in the second half and ended up sixth, almost five seconds off the win.

Dani Holgado was the only rider in the front group who faded more than Gonzalez, dropping from third to seventh.

Collin Veijer had also been in podium contention, but he crashed at turn four shortly after he was passed for third by Alonso.

Behind Holgado, Deniz Onncu, Alex Escrig, and Adrian Huertas rounded out the top-10.
