MCE British Superbike series leader Shane Byrne is looking for nothing less than a maximum haul of podium credits at this weekend's Cadwell Park round having already secured his Showdown place.
The Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki man is on course for a record fourth title and has already passed the 50 win mark when he took victory in the second race at Oulton Park last time out.
"Some of the other teams have a bit of a head start as they have tested recently but the Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki team have been working hard at base and I have been flat out so we will be ready. We are through to the Showdown and now all that matters at the next two rounds are the podium credits and we will go out to score the maximum," he said.?
