Hydrex Honda boss Shaun Muir reckons that Karl Harris has now got his head around the psychology of racing at the front of the British Superbike Championship and says the man who won the British Supersport title three times is back.
Even though Harris got two podiums last time out at Oulton Park, the Yorkshireman wasn't happy with his performance. Muir says that Harris's attitiude is the same as it was when he was unstoppable in on a 600cc bike.
"Karl's head is absolutely right now. His attitiude is the same as it was when he was riding in British Supersport and second simply isn't good enough for him," said Muir, talking to bikesportnews.com this morning.
"But it isn't a rostrum-or-hospital attitiude. He knows that he needs points to take the title but that he also needs his aggression in the right place at the right time in order to start winning races this season."
