Ellesmere Port fast lady Jenny Tinmouth says she is pleased with her MCE British Superbike preparations so far with two good tests at Donington Park and Brands Hatch.
The Honda rider, who is the only female competitor in BSB, got some good laps under her belt in cold and damp conditions on both days, but sat out the subsequent Snetterton test due to freezing track temperatures.
"I'm really pleased with the tests, although it was cold and tricky conditions I was really pleased to be up nearer the front at both tests especially at Brands on a damp track, as although I like the wet I had not mastered riding a Superbike in the conditions yet, so it was a positive step for me and the bike in terms of set up. The new engine feels great and I'm really looking forward to getting back out on the bike soon," she said.
