Lap times from the race at the 2026 MotoGP Brazilian Grand Prix in Goiania.
Marco Bezzecchi took victory in the Brazilian MotoGP race, his fourth win in succession and one that took him to over 100 grand prix laps led in succession.
The Italian made the holeshot in Brazil and immediately escaped, as he did in Thailand, ultimately winning by 3.2 seconds over his Aprilia teammate Jorge Martin.
Martin was fifth at the start, but passed Pedro Acosta for fourth before Fabio Di Giannantonio moved Marc Marquez out of the way at turn four on lap six. As they both slid wide, Martin cut underneath the pair of them, and soon disappeared into the distance in second place.
The Spaniard was able to match the pace of his race leading teammate for much of the mid-section of the race, but he dropped back towards the end, although he was never under any real threat from behind.
Fabio Di Giannantonio took third place ahead of Marc Marquez. They rode in that order for most of the race, Marquez only trying a pass on the Italian with five laps to go, but he soon ran wide at turn 12 which allowed Di Giannantonio back through, and Marquez didn't have the pace to respond in the final two laps.
Ai Ogura was four seconds further back in fifth place, ahead of Alex Marquez, while Pedro Acosta, Fermin Aldeguer, Johann Zarco, and Raul Fernandez completed the top-10. Seventh for Acosta means he loses the points lead to Bezzecchi.
