Lap times from the opening day of the 2026 MotoGP Buriram test at the Buriram International Circuit.
Alex Marquez picked up where he left off in Sepang, finishing the day fastest by over a tenth from his brother, Marc Marquez, who took second despite a crash at turn 12. Franco Morbidelli rounded out the top-10 on a day that saw two red flags for track conditions.
Marco Bezzecchi was the first non-Ducati rider in fourth, ahead of Johann Zarco - the top Honda in fifth.
Raul Fernandez and Joan Mir were sixth and seventh, respectively, ahead of the leading KTM of Maverick Vinales. Fabio Di Giannantonio and Francesco Bagnaia completed the top-10.
