With no contract signed for the 2025 season, Jack Miller has opened up about his lack of options for next year.
After 10 seasons Jack Miller's MotoGP career could be coming to an end. The Australian had been rumoured to be in talks with Trackhouse Racing and the new Pramac Yamaha team for the 2025 season. But it appears that those options were just rumours.
Word was then spread that Miller had one last option to fall back on, but it would mean a switch to World Superbikes. According to multiple sources Ducati had offered Miller a lifeline by giving him the 2025 Aruba.it Racing - Ducati seat. But with Alvaro Bautista now holding serious talks with the Italian manufacturer, that option may have slipped away.
"I have no offer on the table and no option for 2025. At the moment, my phone is not ringing," Jack Miller admitted to the media before the British Grand Prix.
With no clear offers for next season, it appears that all the doors are shut for the 29-year-old, especially in the Grand Prix paddock.
"I feel good in myself,” Miller told TNT Sports at Silverstone. "Obviously I’d be lying if I said it was an easy three weeks at home, trying to find something for next year. I’m hanging in purgatory, I guess you could say. I don’t know where I stand."
“I don’t want to be all sentimental, but it’s been tough. It’s something I worked for and sacrificed for. To have it not on your terms is always tough. We are still trying. I’m content in what I’ve done. I have to be. I’ve had a good run, if it does come to an end."
