KTM MotoGP teams reveal 2026 liveries ahead of crucial season

KTM

The factory and Tech3 KTM teams have revealed their liveries for the 2026 MotoGP season for the first time in an online event.

Both liveries show little change compared to previous years, which we have come to expect by now from KTM, whose main sponsors have remained largely the same over their time in MotoGP which began in 2017.

However, there is a small but meaningful change on the livery as Motorex returns as the official lubricants sponsor of the team, replacing Mobil 1, which in turn replaced Motorex for the 2023 season.

The two teams of the KTM factory are both entering an important season of MotoGP, as the factory team tries to build a bike capable of convincing Pedro Acosta that he should stay with the brand, and Tech3 transitions into its new Guenther Steiner-led ownership.

For the factory itself, it’s a season which will see it once again try to end a victory drought in the premier class that stretches back to Miguel Oliveira’s win in the 2022 Thai Grand Prix, and which for dry races stretches back to Oliveira’s 2021 Catalan Grand Prix success.

Although all four riders stay the same this year – Acosta and Brad Binder at the factory team, and Maverick Vinales and Enea Bastianini at Tech3 – there are personnel changes for two of them, as Binder gets Phil Marron as his new crew chief and Bastianini takes on Andres Madrid as his, Madrid being moved over to Bastianini’s crew to make space for Marron in Binder’s.
