Moto3 Catalunya, Practice Results | Valentin Perrone ended Day One on top of the timesheets

Valentin Perrone topped the timesheets in the afternoon Moto3 Practice session on Friday afternoon at the Circuit de Barcelona - Catalunya.

At the end of the opening day of Practice at the Circuit de Barcelona - Catalunya, Valentin Perrone topped the timesheets for the Red Bull KTM Tech3 squad.

The Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP squad ended the day in second and fourth. David Munoz was in second place, and Guido Pini was in fourth place.

In between the Spaniard and the Italian, it was the top Honda rider of David Almansa, in third place on the Leopard Racing machine.

Rounding out the top five was the Moto3 rookie, Maximo Quiles, who suffered a big crash in Free Practice One but finished fifth in the afternoon Practice session.

Jacob Roulstone narrowly missed out on the top five in Practice; the Australian ended up in sixth place on the timesheets for the Red Bull KTM Tech3 squad.

Joel Kelso completed his day in seventh place. The Australian started his day in seventh place in Free Practice One and backed it up with a seventh in Practice.

After topping the opening session of the day, the Moto3 World Championship leader, Jose Antonio Rueda, ended the day in eighth.

Completing the top ten were the Honda riders of Riccardo Rossi, from the Rivacold Snipers Team, and Luca Lunetta, from the SIC58 Squadra Corse.

Both British riders missed out on the top ten; Eddie O'Shea was in 20th place, and Scott Ogden was in 21st place.
