Moto3 San Marino, Free Practice Two Results | David Munoz set the pace on Saturday morning

David Munoz topped the Moto3 timesheets on Saturday morning in the Free Practice Two session ahead of Qualifying.

After ending Friday in ninth place, David Munoz made his way to the top of the Moto3 timesheets on Saturday morning at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.

The Moto3 World Championship leader, Jose Antonio Rueda, was Munoz's closest challenger in Free Practice Two as the Spaniard was 0.006 seconds behind the leader.

With a Moto2 contract in his back pocket, Angel Piqueras started Saturday in a positive way as the FRINSA - MT Helmets - MSi rider was in third place.

The CFMoto Aspar Team were inside the top five in Free Practice Two as Dennis Foggia was in fourth place and Maximo Quiles was in fifth place.

Adrian Fernandez was the top Honda rider in the opening session of the day, as the Leopard Racing rider started the day in sixth place.

Italian rider, Luca Lunetta, missed out on an automatic Q2 spot on Friday afternoon, but was on the pace in Free Practice Two as he started the day in seventh place.

Joel Kelso was on the pace throughout both Practice sessions on Friday, but he dropped back from third to eighth place in Free Practice Two on the LEVELUP - MTA machine.

The third Honda rider inside the top ten in Free Practice Two was the Leopard Racing rider, David Almansa, who ended the session in ninth place.

Completing the top ten was the British rider, Scott Ogden, the CIP Green Power rider will be in Q2 on Saturday afternoon after a strong Friday at Misano.

British riders, Eddie O'Shea and Evan Belford, both missed out on the top ten, with O'Shea in 17th and Belford in 23rd.
