It is expected that Oliveira will pass the medical tests at Le Mans on Thursday and will be declared fit for the French Grand Prix.

"After two months away from racing, I‘m really pleased to announce my return to the track this weekend at Le Mans," Oliveira said.

"This event marks not just a physical return, but the culmination of a demanding recovery process made possible by the unwavering support of my team.

"Their professionalism, dedication, and belief in me have been instrumental, and I‘m deeply grateful. I know regaining my pace will be challenging, but with my team behind me, I‘m confident I‘ll get back on track."

Jack Miller has suffered two poor Grand Prix weekends in a row at Qatar and Jerez as he failed to score points at either event.

However, he is eager to get back into the points this weekend at a circuit that he likes.

"I‘m really looking forward to Le Mans it‘s one of my favorite tracks on the calendar," Miller said.

"The atmosphere is amazing, and the French fans are some of the best we get all season. The track itself suits my riding style, and I‘ve had good results there in the past.

"Even though Jerez didn‘t go our way, the Yamaha showed it has potential. The test gave us some new tools to work with, and this circuit has always played to the strengths of the M1."

Prima Pramac Yamaha will also unveil a special Alpine-themed livery on Sunday to honour their new sponsor.
